Terms and Conditions
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. The confirmation contains all information about your purchase such as products, price, invoice and delivery address.
As a customer, you must provide valid and correct delivery information. If we receive a package back that was sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is up to you as the customer to pay for new shipping. For orders that are not picked up, you will be charged a fee of SEK 250.
Any discount codes and other campaigns or offers cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated. You cannot enter or receive a discount after completing the purchase. Therefore, make sure to enter the promotional code correctly in the checkout process and that the correct amount has been deducted.
Within the Nordic region, our normal delivery time is 2-7 working days. Outside the Nordic countries, the delivery time is approx. 10 working days. Orders placed on public holidays are handled no earlier than the first non-holiday day following.
Duties & fees
All prices on www.alpeeyewear.com are stated including VAT. When delivering outside the EU, it is the buyer's responsibility to investigate and pay any import VAT and duty. This is beyond ALPE Eyewear's control as these fees are different for different countries.
As a consumer of ALPE Eyewear, you always have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving the item. As a consumer, you are responsible for the return shipping and the right to return the item only applies if it can be sent back in the same condition as it was received. As a consumer, you bear the risk for the product and it is therefore important that your return is packaged well and that your package is sent traceable.

As a consumer, according to Swedish law, you have the opportunity to advertise a product up to 3 years after the purchase. However, the complaint must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of a fault, and the right to complain does not apply to normal wear or aging of the product, but only to faults that can be traced to the production of the product.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website. ALPE Eyewear can at any time adjust prices and make changes to product information, product images, campaigns, etc. Product information and product images describe the product as best as possible. However, all images are to be viewed as illustrations only and do not guarantee correct appearance or properties.
Change of Terms
ALPE Eyewear reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions are deemed accepted upon ordering or visiting the website.
