Return

To return goods to us, log in to your account and follow the instructions on how to register your return. Make sure that the product is unused, that the tags are still attached and that you make the return no later than 30 days after the purchase.

Please consider the environment and reuse the packaging your order came in and send all goods in one package.

We work hard to make the return process as quick as possible, but depending on where you live, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive the email confirming that we have received your return.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The refund will be made within 14 days after you receive the email confirmation using the same payment method you used when you made the purchase.

Customer in European Union
Cost: 12 euro. 

Rest of the world: 
Cost: Self-paid return.
