Delivery

What is the delivery time?
Within the Nordic countries, our delivery time is 2-7 working days. Outside the Nordic countries, the delivery time is approx. 10-15 working days.

What is the shipping cost for my order?
We have free shipping over 50 euros. If you shop below this amount, a shipping cost will be added. At checkout you can see all current shipping prices. Any import tax is the responsibility of the buyer.

Does it cost to return an item?
When returning, you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself.

My product is not correct/defective. How do I advertise?
Sad to hear! Use our contact form and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Be sure to clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to for prompt handling.
